EVENT CAPACITY
The Bear Flag Farm welcomes up to 200 guests.

FEES & DEPOSITS
In an effort to maintain a sense of balance and respect for this beautiful farm, we release a limited number of dates for private events each season.
The fee to reserve a date for your special celebration is $8,500.00 A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the facility fee. The balance is due in full no later than six months prior to the reserved date.

Bear Flag Farm allows only one event per weekend to ensure the privacy of the client. For weddings, rehearsal time is available and encouraged.

In keeping with our philosophy that each celebration is as unique as each couple, all weddings are custom designed. Rental equipment, furnishings, catering and lighting are designed and brought in to create the desired ambience. These charges are separate.

CATERING
We ask that you choose from our preferred list of caters.

WINE & CHAMPAGNE
When planning your event, choose from the Bear Flag’s extensive wine list or, with corkage, supply your own wine and champagne. Local regulations require that events purchase some wine from the Bear Flag Winery.

PARKING
In order to protect the delicate nature of the farm, valet parking is available and required for most events.

INSURANCE
Insurance is required.

PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES
We understand that choosing a venue for your wedding is one of the most important decisions in the planning process. Your location will determine several factors related to your wedding planning process. You are invited to reserve the farm prior to hiring the services of a planner. There are several talented wedding designers/planners in the area who are familiar with the farm and its special requirements. Some of their work is represented on the pages of our website. We recommend, in most cases, that a professional planner be hired to handle the details of your wedding or special event. We do offer in-house coordination under special circumstances.
